So, you want to be a Chicago water treater?

Dope. We love what we do, maybe you will too. Now is usually the time when there’s some sort of “apply now” button. We don’t do that. Feel free to email us or call and see if this career line fits up. We don’t really have “openings” but look for a few types:

Example 1: Experienced Water Treater Looking for A Better Place

You know what you’re doing and don’t need your hand held. You may have contacts but it’s not necessary. We’d be looking at a salary+bonus based on profit. You bring get out what you put in. Equity is everything. Having a CWT is great but not required. We know a lot of really smart people. Some make good water treaters. Some need to stay behind in the lab where they belong.

Example Pay Structure:

Salary: 100k-150K/Year+ Health, Dental, Auto, 401K (all the basics)

Bonus: Uncapped Commission- 50% profit share above 500K territory profit.

Example 2: New Career Path

You may be coming from an adjacent field or even a new college grad. You’ll need complete hands-on training.

Salary: 60K-100K+ Health, Dental, Auto, 401K (all the basics)

Same bonus structure as above.

Example 3: Somewhere in-between

Sure, call us up, we’ll figure something out that makes sense. Pay is always going to be tied to profits and equity in the company. As owners, we wake up and when doing fetch-quests or other simple tasks, like typing out a career page in a website, we feel it all comes back as it’s adding in some sort of value and we want you to feel that way too. Expect to get a salary that’s going to be rock-solid for where your experience is, we hate it when companies cheap out on employees, and if you start adding business or taking care of existing business, you’ll make more. It’s not too much more complicated than that.
